Since I've been such a horrible blogger for about the last 2 years, I've been searching for a better way yo keep up on here. I've been using BlogPress on both my phone and iPad for a while, but decided to Google a better app for blogging on the go. My search led me to Blogsy. We'll see how it works out. I need some motivation. Anyone else have suggestions for mobile blogging? I sure hope this is a good app, considering I've already paid $4.99 for it!!
Here's a screen shot of the open app. You can see that it gives you lots of control over formatting, which is a must for a control freak like me! You can set it up to access your Facebook and Instagram accounts, then you can drag photos directly from there to the blog post. That is awesome for me, since so much of what I do in social networking is on those two apps/sites.

We had so much fun at dinner that we got there about 10 minutes before the show time and had to sit on the front row. Oh well!
Something else I've been slightly obsessed with lately is crocheting. Specifically, crocheting chunky infinity scarves. After many pitiful mistakes, I think I've figured out a good pattern. Here are a few of the ones I've made for myself.

Please follow us to our new blog address at MeetTheMcFamily.blogspot.com. We're still the same McFamily, with all the familiar surroundings, just a new address.
Oh, and while I was able to transfer virtually every element of this blog to the new address, I still need your help. I'm asking that you please become one our "followers", whether you were or were not before. After you get to the new address, just look for the box "McFamily Fans" on the sidebar, and click "Follow this Blog". We really appreciate it!
All of the "old" posts will be at the new address...except for this one. Please take the time to change us in your "Blog List" from darrenandjennifer.blogspot.com to meetthemcfamily.blogspot.com. I'll keep this address up and running until everyone has a chance to see that we've moved, but there won't be any updates on here.
